Well first and foremost money, they likely pay more than normal productions (pretty long/intense scenes)... secondly some people are submissive and like to get humiliated (the thrill of meeting your boundaries, letting someone else control them) and thirdly some girls also seek the thrill of doing "porn" (not just amateur porn) and hope to enter the industry despite not being the most good looking women (tbh that one is kinda delusional on their part imo).
