Dude, circular boobs exists naturally without being implants, just look at this girl.
Water ballon? Jesus Christ, it is quite evident that her breasts are fat tissue without no doubt. Even the best implants to date do not allow the breasts to be squeezed, flatened and maneuvered the way she is doing it, considering that she is a very thin woman and there is no huge layer of fat to camouflage the implants as in the case of Ava Addams.

They aren't, and I've already explained my arguments above. Rita simply has an asymmetry in the implantation of fatty tissue in that breast on her chest, which gives her an almost imperceptible breast asymmetry, something completely normal.
Let's assume they were indeed "small" transaxillary implants. Those videos you cite still prove me right. You'll never find implants of that size today with such maneuverability and movement similar to a natural breast, and it only suggests to me that you've never touched or seen such type of breasts in real life.
