She is literally with the same guy as in the video on Facebook they are still couple, she was 18-19 when she made videos and is now around age 25, she is not working for Hooters atm, they compare a next door girl with "Baby fat" and young woman who is into fitness and has lost weight. U can do anthropometric face and head measurements and get 99.5% match but I guess for some 0.5% ruins it I have a trained AI Hunyuan DoRA model and have recreated scenes with her and they are almost identical as the videos she published ( I can de-age her and increase weight with prompting). It is not, if you see in the video she has 2 moles on the right cheek , and the hooters girl has not
