It's her Boyfriend, she claims not to have zelle/cashapp/venmo/paypal on her name which is dumb, and "she" makes you send it to her BF which she calls her cousin, or friend, or brother she makes no sense
 
she/he offers you a video/pictures and make you send it through cashapp or somewhere else to this Fabian guy and then never sends you the content anymore
 
When did this start happening? I used to get customs from her until last year and never had this experience.
