She might be mentioning other surgeries here but her tits have gotten noticeably bigger. It could be because of birth control, surgery, etc. we won't know until she clears it up. Although, if she really got them in May I think they're recovering very well for ~3 months.
 
She was also doing her chin plastic surgery during that time so i assumed just in general no metal was allowed in her body for that? I havent seen any real signs of a boob job so either she got one of the best surgeons in the business or people are just over-speculating.
She did mention she was getting/interested in a consultation or something like that on Twitter but never said much more after about it and deleted the tweet a short time just giving followers a bit of a secret.

There's definitely been breast augmentation surgery, just look at her pictures from a couple of months back... These things got H U G E! And since she doesnt show her nipples at all, i assume they did the "around the nipple" insection. Unless she shows them we can't be sure. Other that that, implants can now be inserted from just about anywhere into the body, be placed at the spot they want and just fill them with silicon gel afterwards. Through the armpits, through the belly button, whatever, as long as there are no visible scars.
I think it fits her to be honest...she is slowly turning into a petite bimbo. All i want is to see her get fucked at this point.

Her content is really good usually, but it always made to scratch specific kinks. If you stay on your lane, you gonna enjoy your time and money spend, imo.
