Yeah I think she leaves it ambiguous for that reason, maybe DM her or something?
 
Her bio says "DM fee" so you can tip her and DM her for a response, many other sellers do that, but she never responds at all. I sent her $40 for 2 DM's and completely ignored me. That was over 2 months ago and when I called her out publicly she still didn't respond with a clear answer. She does sell because she posted this 2 hours ago.

But seriously she has an issue with not responding even if you pay her which defeats the entire purpose of the fee.
