Every HD copy seems to have bad audio where the music and dialogue are on separate speakers. If it's mono audio tracks then would doubling them to stereo fix the issue? Or maybe if the original DVD audio is normal, rip that audio track and sync it with the HD video footage.

I mention that because 480p was the highest quality offered but if a new company obtains the rights maybe they'll re-release it in 1080p. I've wanted to share a lot of 4K IR scenes of Brooklyn but it's very time consuming and the file sizes are massive. Don't want to make any promises but maybe someday I'll drop a link.
I'm curious if the 4K file sizes for the new site (dfxtra.com) when Gamma bought and rebranded it are smaller because the bitrates are lower for 1080p files, everything was re-encoded that TPTB didn't delete.
