as someone who lives in L.A. not sure where you are getting this... yes, most models do make L.A. home so more of them are here meaning more do stupid stuff to themselves, but as someone who attends many model events and has met many very famous models, a lot don't use that stuff either
really depends what type of model... the pure instagram ones, adult industry ones, etc. use it cause they were never that hot to begin with... most professional models doing campaigns for luxury companies, SI Swimsuit, etc. do not
furthermore, as mentioned above, she's only in L.A. for a few months so even if your rather absurd comments about models in L.A. were true, i doubt she is even here long enough to do that stuff
