I am guessing you are referring to the anonfiles.com links since the latest posts all show these types of links.
You have to first click on the link to arrive on an anonfiles page where you can click on a big "download" button. The first(s) click(s) will likely open a spam page that looks like another download page (the spam pages are called "playwithoutads" or "videosettings" in my case). Close the spam pages and retry clicking on the download button from the anonfile page again until a video file start downloading. It should be working around the second or third try. It is also possible that an iso file start downloading. Delete those iso files. Your download should match the file descritpion above the "download" button on the anonfiles page.
 
I highly suggest using an ad-block program. I never see all the extra junk DrPegging was describing. It always takes me right to the page with the download link. Ad-blockers prevent a great deal of the pop-ups and redirects many sites use now. Ad-blocking is incredibly useful all over the internet, including youtube and many of the porn tube sites.
