The nipples at this point is probably due to scarring from surgery is my guess. She likes to show everything as perfect about her so this would ruin some of the image.

EDIT: OH AND if you look closer, next to the scar, you can see the indent between the skin and the implant and the somewhat abnormal droop it makes.

Tbh I think medical science has advanced enough that I don’t think they need to do it through the nips anymore, I think they just do the small incisions underneath and they used to do them from the armpit corner too.
