That is not her, that is a spam account that's profiting from engagement. Look back even just a few weeks ago, when it was just posting completely random porn images, pimple popping content, reaction gifs, etc. It's just engagement bait and it's spamming stolen pics/vids, all of which can be found on her actual accounts prior to being reposted by the theft account.
You should block that account because it's deceiving you for views and money.
 
Just like the tone of this post I would argue that it is indeed a 'when', not an 'if'.
