News Turbo & Filester Status

Hi,
Cutting this short:
- NO DATA HAS BEEN LOST, DO NOT ASK FOR REUPS JUST BE PATIENT PLEASE !
- Turbo ETA is next week by friday or weekend, depends how fast we can restore once we have the server (delivery is this saturday).
- Filester ETA is atm unknown, we ordered new servers but they're stuck in customs, after that we will be able to migrate the entire 600TB+ stored. Cache servers are ready and deployed.
These setups are our own and something like this should not happen again. We apologize for the trouble cause, and hope this will be the last.
Again, please, be patient, we know this sucks but it also sucks for us having to do all this in such short notice. Don't make tickets, reports, etc. indicating turbo/filester is dead, because they're not, they will be back.

For those worried about filester expiring files, we stopped the deletion service, and all files last_view will be reset.

Turbo playback has been restored.
No new uploads will be accepted just yet as we need to adjust a few things. But progress is progress.

Fellas,
Turbo will undergo a quick maintenance for ~20 mins to increase the cache array size. Videos will not play while this is happening.
Thumbs for turbo will be next in line to get fixed. And lastly, uploads.
As for Filester, we've begun moving all the files to start filling up the cache servers.
Edit: Maintenance complete ~13 mins duration.

Filester playback and thumbnails are now working! Please take in mind that we're filling up the filester cache as people continue to play, download.
We will continue to do the work to bring all the remaining services such as uploads for both filester & turbo, thumbnails for turbo, and API service for filester.

As for filester we're still restoring the entire 600TB+ of data.

Update on Turbo:
Cache server had a disk fail, while the array is rebuilt videos will not play. Estimated maybe 3-6+ hours of downtime.
